the room is cozy and the bed is very comfortable nice view. The room decorations are very nice with orange color. The breakfast is very tasty with the choice of american breakfast or thai food. the cafe next door is very beautiful. the hotel service is very poor but it’s ok if compared with the room rate.

Dirty, old, noisy air-co, personal not able to speak basic English, wi-fi not working at all. Definitely not matches pictures on site. Definitely the worst place I've ever stayed at. When arrived our room was so dirty and bad smelling that we asked for a change but the new one was exactly the same as the first one. I guess they haven't been cleaning or changing bed sheets since years. I am sorry I cannot evaluate it 0 because 1 is too much.

Checked into room 801 with a view to the bay and nearby construction site. Turned on air con to 20 to try to cool down room but no luck. Mentioned to front desk an hour later when we went out. Guy said he would look at it. Returned a few hours later and asked front desk ladies if it had been addressed..."of course very cool". Went to room and turned it on and after another hour nothing bit recirculation of air...compressor unit on balcony not working. Never looked at it apparently. Proceeded to pack our bags and leave to a hotel with working air con and helpful service.

Room smaller than appears on site though you can see the sea view you also view the surrounding run down area. Comfortable room and nice cleaners,,breakfast thai food .. Pool dirty and unkempt.. kitchen staff use toilets to wash in bottles of beer lying around not safe for children..Very far from main area and a little over priced.Guests mostly russian and thai .. a bit noisy at night as reception closes at 7 pm

Don't miss out on a great comfort serviced apartment in N. Pattaya (Naklua-Banglamung District). My wife & I stayed at this lovely location for 3 times within this year. A lovely theme tugged away from all the hectic Pattaya beach areas. The family own's property is carefully crafted in theme i.e. the restaurant/cafe called 'Tree Tales' with a young western-educated Chef(Co-Owner) creates wonderful dishes we found in the West and mixed-match with Asian-Fusion flavors. As one can tasted with generous buffet-style ABF. We booked the room on the 8th floor to see the Ocean View with little balcony. The room itself comes with Microwave, Refrigerator, LCD, Chinaware, silverware, etc. Very comfort and of course best for Westerners. BTW, there is a swimming pool right by parking garage.
